CONDITIONS

Prices do not include taxes, if applicable.  All orders are subject to acceptance by Stand Up Floats.

PRICING

Pricing is established on a case by case basis. Wholesale pricing is strictly reserved for resellers. All prices and discounts are subject to change without notice.

• Minimum order quantity to receive wholesale pricing: 12 units.
• VIP Wholesale: 12-19 units at 40% discount from MSRP
• Gold Wholesale: 20+ units at 50% discount from MSRP
• Contact us for large order requiring bulk shipping

SHIPPING

Shipping rates are predetermined based on region and quantity. Stand Up Floats cannot guarantee the arrival time of orders due to third party carriers. We will do our best to accommodate rush orders. Contact an SUF team member if alternative shipping methods are required. Alternative shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

• Four units ship in a case pack. A $10 shipping surcharges is assessed on partial case packs.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon shipment unless prior arrangements are made. Payment methods include: Major credit card, PayPal, or wire. 

RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Returns and claims must be made within 7 business days after receipt of goods. Returns must be received 14 days after the claim is approved and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Stand Up Floats reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.

ORDER CHANGES

Order changes are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
